Good morning, parents! I wanted to send this email making sure everyone is on the same page with how you register your child for swim meets. Go to www.ardenlake.swimtopia.com and then: 

1) Calendar and Meets>Swim Meets

2) Meet Entry or RSVP - next to the meet you are registering your child for

3) "Edit"

4) Click the drop down next to child's name and select "Attending This Meet" or check the box for "Attending"

5) Save

Your children default to "Not attending". If you don't go in there and change your child's availability he/she won't be put into the meet and therefore won't get to swim. The meets can be hectic and we have to have our roster into the other team's coaches ahead of time. The coaches spend a lot of time putting together the heat sheets days before the meet. Unfortunately, this isn't something that allow for last minute changes. 

We are aware that as of right now parents can't go in and register their rookie children for our home events. That is something I am working with Swimtopia on and should have rectified very soon. I will send out notification once this is fixed.
