I apologize for being late on sending out the info for tomorrow's meet! They kept it short and sweet :) Here it is:

Our main street, Helmswood Circle, will be made a one way road for the meet. Please ask your drivers to park on only one side of the street. We had issues with previous meets. The police have been called both times do to people blocking driveways and fire hydrants. We will have concessions - Chick fil-A, pulled pork sandwiches and pizza plus candy. We accept cash or credit cards.
