Hi Swim Family!

We are excited to host our 1^st Annual Leroy Cole Memorial Invitational Swim Meet on April 30^th from 2pm-4pm at Gold's Gym Woodstock at 301 Gold Creek Tr. Woodstock, Ga 30188. This meet is being held to honor a young boy who drown last year in a private pool. The goal is to create awareness in the community and raise money for a cause that the family would like to honor him with. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the family. Participants can choose as many or as few events as possible. The price per event per swimmer is $5. Please see attached for more information and event sheet VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We need people! Positions include Lane Timers, time slip runners, ribbon booth and snack table volunteers. Gold's Gym of Woodstock is not charging for the event. We are very thankful but need helping hands to make light work. RAFFLE: Raffle tickets will be sold to win a free year of swim lessons. Other Items may be up for raffle or auction at the time of event. This meet is a simple meet to help swimmers prepare for competition on their teams this summer. There are no teams at the event. Swimmers are racing simply to have fun and gear up for competition. Ribbons will be given for 1st, 2^nd & 3^rd place as well as participation ribbons for those who do not place.
