Hey Team!

We will be doing a mock meet that we call "Big Gator/ Little Gator" on Friday May 27th from 9am-11am.This has been a fun tradition of our team, but we haven't done it the last two seasons. It's time to bring it back! This will take place of regular practice for Friday, so please have all age groups arrive at 9am. We will still have Rookie practice from 8:15-:8:45am. We have a smaller team this season, so sticking together and watching out for fellow teammates will be a great focus for us this year. We pair off the kids that are 9 & under (Little Gators) with an older child who is 10 & up (Big Gator). The Big Gator's job is to cheer on their Little Gators at meets, give them help and advice, and just overall be a good role model for their Little Gator. This will continue for the whole season. At our mock meet, we will announce the pairs. We will then use our practice time to walk-through what a meet will be like. Parents, if any of you are able to stay to be a timer, announcer, etc please email me back.
