I hope everyone is having fun celebrating the end of school today! (at least for our Cobb County swimmers :) )

I want to remind you all to RSVP for our first swim meet next Tues. May 30th. It's best to go ahead and RSVP for ALL the meets now. Then you don't have to worry about it week by week. If you know you'll be out of town, go ahead and decline that meet in your account. If you have any questions about it, just let me know. RSVPs are due by Friday May 25th at midnight!

Here is the info from the opposing team, Westchester:

- Address: 4201 Westchester Crossing, Roswell 30075

- Parking: please plan to park in the subdivision on the designated side of the road (we will have signs out). Please do not park by the entrance to the subdivision or on Mabry Rd. We have limited parking spots in our clubhouse parking lot.

- We will reserve 2 spots for visiting coordinators and 1 spot for visiting coach in the parking lot.

- We reserve the deep end area of our pool for our visiting team. There will be a table for you and the coaches to set up on. Please tell your families that they can bring their chairs to set up on the pool deck.

- Our tennis courts are OFF LIMITS. Please advise your team that they will not be allowed to utilize this space.

- We will have space set up in our clubhouse area for computer operators, scorekeepers, etc. with access to outlets.

- We have 5 lanes with dive blocks. We will have lanes 2 and 4, and your team will have lanes 1, 3, and 5.

- We will begin our warmups at 5pm and your warmups will begin at 5:30pm.

- We will have a Concession Stand set up on the pool deck. We will offer pizza, burgers, hotdogs, nachos, chips, candy, and drinks – Venmo will be an option, as well as using cash.

Unfortunately, I (Melissa) will be out of town 3 days next week for a funeral. I am so bummed to miss our first meet.  :( Wes & Emily will be there to run the show!
