Hi Gators! 

Thank you for having me take the swim team pictures!! I have attached the order form and wanted to give a few instructions to make the process easy. 

1. Order forms are 1 per image. Example: 1 form for your child's individual + 1 form for the sibling photo = 2 forms 1 form for child's individual + 1 form for sibling photo + 1 form for a buddy picture= 3 forms. Even if you only order 1 thing per sheet, this will help me ensure I produce the correct products and prints for the correct image. (There is a list below of each image taken so you will know if your child took a buddy picture.)

2. Payment is due at time of order. CASH ONLY. Exact change is best, if not, change will be returned with photos. 

3. Orders are due Friday 6/23. 

4. Orders will be collected and placed on Friday. My goal is to have orders completed by the team party, but if that is not possible, I will work with Melissa to get them to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please let me know.
